1. No Returns for Change of Mind
   
   Returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the product or changes their mind after purchase.
2. Damaged Product Returns (Opening Video Mandatory)
   If the product is received in a damaged condition, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof.
   
   The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition.
3. Without an opening video, no return or refund will be processed, even if the product is damaged.
4. No Refund on Returned Damaged Products Without Proof
   Products returned as damaged without valid proof (opening video) will not be eligible for a refund.
   
5. Order Shipping Timeline
